[Middlegen-user] submitting patches behind a firewall

Hi all,

On the project I am working on, I am trying to get middlegen to generate JDO classes for Kodo JDO. The JDO plugin doesn't seem to be very well tested, so I want to submit a patch for the fixes I did. The problem is I am behind a firewall at work. I've been using cvsgrab to get the cvs snapshot, and I can't seem to be able to get `cvs -q diff -u` to work. Can I do my changes in a separate directory and do a diff on the two directories?

Thanks,

Rong

Yes you can. It makes it a little bit more awkward for us, but nothing we
can't work around ;-)

Thanks. I've submitted the patch using the proper cvs diff command from home.
