[Middlegen-user] current cvs has build errors

I just downloaded the current cvs..

1. The samples "build downloads" reported the following errors:
[get] Error opening connection java.io.IOException
[get] Can't get
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/ejb/jars/ejb-2.0.jar to
C:\ws06\edta\3430\middlegen\samples\lib\ejb-2.0.jar
...
[get] Error opening connection java.io.IOException
[get] Can't get
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/jdbc/jars/jdbc-2.0.jar to
C:\ws06\edta\3430\middlegen\samples\lib\jdbc-2.0.jar

2. The "build plugins" ran successfully.
3. I created a build.properties file in samples.
4. The samples "build create-tables" ran successfully.

5. The samples "build deploy-ear" crashed with the following error:
ejbdoclet:
[mkdir] Created dir:
C:\ws06\edta\3430\middlegen\samples\build\ejb-meta
[ejbdoclet] Make sure the jar file containing the ejbdoclet class
is on the classpath specified in the <taskdef> that defined {2}. These
classes are needed in order to generate correct output.
