[Middlegen-user] How to setup a working environment

I've been really charmed by the way middlegen works.

I am wondering if there is a tutorial explaining how
to setup a working environment to use middlegen and
see the resulting app working, or if someone can point
me the right path.

I am getting this:

Where do I specify in the <middlegen> task the
informixserver property? I see a setDynamicAttribute
method in the class MiddlegenTask.
