How to create just hibernate.cfg.xml?

Inside the "middlegen" target in the build xml, comment out the parts you
don't need. You typically want to get rid of <cmp20..>, <sunjdo10..>,
<html..>, <simple..>, <struts..>, <adapter..> and <torque..>.

Only thing that should be left inside the middlegen target is the
<middlegen> task itself plus the <hibernate> section.

Nope. 'ant middlegen' should do the generation for you..
